  3.     Well it seems that 1996 has arrived with a bang. The electronic network
  4.     community was shocked when EPubNet was taken over by a small group of
  5.     individuals.  The only problem with the take over was, the individuals
  6.     were the same individuals who had sat on the board of directors. The
  7.     names did not change, and it seens that neither has the activity within
  8.     the network.  I guess only time will tell. It seems to me that interest
  9.     in electronic publishing has turn toward the Internet and HTML.
